The art of mindfulness helps building confidence and self-awareness!
Are the Children in your life in need of some ‘un-plug’ time? Kids Got Skillz workshops offers a range of mindfulness experiences from photography to art to yoga. All classes promote self-awareness, positive self-image, creativity independence and wellbeing for children.
Janice and Kylie are the creative partners and teachers behind Kids Got Skillz. They believe that art, movement, and mindfulness hold valuable keys to an enriching childhood and a long happy life.
Choose to experience either:
- After school classes
Provides the calm and focus after a busy day of school. A welcoming environment where children can develop their creativity and improve their concentration.
Activities that are included and enjoyed range from photography, drawing, sculpture, writing, peer support, yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation. These classes are run twice a week during the school term at 3.30pm – 6pm. A full term is 10 weeks, 1 class per week.
What we love: a relaxed way to spend the afternoon learning new things, being present with lovely hosts in a warm, open studio.
Age guidelines: 5 – 15 years of age

Please note: all equipment, including a camera are supplied for each workshop or class.
These are drop off activities’ parents do not need to stay to watch but are welcome to stay and assist their child if they feel they need it.
